Dylanology #6: Springtime in New York and the timely sound of Duquesne Whistle

One of my ongoing projects is to figure out what Dylan’s musical style actually is. I call it “prose music” and it consists of the use of musical sounds as if they were spoken language. The sixth issue of Dylanology contains one more piece in the puzzle, in the form of a detailed analysis of one verse of singing in Foot of Pride.
